Illuminations Gives Back
In honor of our 20th anniversary, Illuminations is giving back.
Illuminations is a family-owned business that started because of the encouragement of Michele's father, Michael. He owned several retail nurseries and landscaping businesses in the Bay Area, and he noticed there was demand and desire for landscape lighting, but very few companies provided that specialization and service, and nobody specialized in just lighting.
And thus, Illuminations Landscape Lighting was born. Our business is what it is today because of Michael's inspiration and guidance.
Sadly, Michael was diagnosed with a rare neurological disease called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and has been battling symptoms and a sharp decline for over ten years.
Illuminations' very own Managing Director Courtney Connelly (Michele and Bob's daughter and Michael's granddaughter) is running the London Marathon this April to raise money for the PSP Association. This organization supports care, advocacy, and research for the rare neurological conditions PSP and CBD.
When you purchase a landscape lighting or outdoor audio system in March, 1% of the proceeds will be donated to the PSPA.
