We provide a seamless process from start to finish. When you give us a call, here is what you can expect:
Initial phone call
Before seeing your home in person, we’ll ask you a few questions over the phone. We’ll ask you some basic questions, like the location of your project, what you’re looking for, and the scope of your project. We’ll answer any of your questions, and if it sounds like a fit, we’ll schedule a time to visit your space in person.
Site Visit
During our first meeting, we will walk your property to learn more about your needs. We'll put together a lighting design and, for most projects, provide a final design and quote that same day. You can sign the quote on the spot, and we'll get you on our schedule!
Installation
Believe it or not, we complete most installations in just one day! Of course, more complex and larger projects can take longer. After meeting with you, we will give you an accurate timeline.
Final Adjustments
After you experience your beautiful lighting for the first time (the best part!), we’ll gather any feedback from you. Perhaps you’d like a fixture moved or brightened, and we’ll happily make those adjustments. We don’t finish until you are 100% satisfied.
Maintenance
Now your lighting is done, and you can experience its magical ambiance! We’re always a call away if you ever need any adjustments. We offer ongoing maintenance plans so your system is as worry-free as possible.
