Illuminations Landscape Lighting only uses quality materials and fixtures to ensure that your lighting system is bright throughout the years. Fixtures and Transformers carry a 10-Year Manufacturer Warranty*, and Lamps have a 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty*. Labor and materials (timers, connections, wire, jute pins, etc.) are not included.
Warranty Terms:
*This warranty does not cover damages occurring from acts of God or natural phenomena (e.g. Insects, chewed or damaged wires from animals, Fire, Tornado, Lightning, etc.), excessively dirty or unmaintained fixtures, misuse of any wiring, transformer or fixture. It is important to contact a representative from Illuminations Landscape Lighting to assist in any modification or repair of any such product. Any misuse or changes performed by anyone except a representative from Illuminations Landscape Lighting will nullify any implied or stated warranties.
It is the customer's responsibility, not Illuminations Landscape Lighting, to ensure that mulch or any other debris does not cover the light fixtures. When landscapers turn flower beds and put in new mulch, please advise your landscapers of the lights and that they are not to be covered. If a fixture is covered, there is a fire risk due to heat from the light fixture.
